Are you a detail-oriented leader who loves the thrill of construction projects? We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily operations including job cost accounting, AP, AR, billing, and cash applications.

Bring your expertise in AIA/progress billing, retainage tracking, change order processing, and construction collections to keep projects profitable and cash flowing strong!

This hands-on leadership role is your chance to bridge the Controller and project teams, crush monthly WIP reviews, resolve variances, and partner with PMs & Operations in a fun, collaborative construction culture where we work hard, support each other, celebrate big wins (office high-fives included!), and keep things exciting every day.

Requirements – At least 7 years of accounting experience, including substantial exposure to construction-related financial operations.

Demonstrated background in full charge bookkeeping with responsibility for end-to-end accounting tasks.

Practical experience using QuickBooks for daily accounting management and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.

Experience with AIA billing and an understanding of invoicing practices within the construction industry.

High level of accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
