Job Description:Central State Hospital is seeking full-time RNs for night shift (7p-7a).- 3 shifts per week (12 hour shifts)- every other weekend off- weekend premium ($1 additional)- 10% shift differential from 3p-11p- 12% shift differential from 11p-7a- 1 year experience preferred but not required- Base hourly pay: $37.50Essential Job Functions:- Plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care activities utilizing the nursing process through active participation in the treatment planning process.- Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process throughout the patients hospitalization, from admission to discharge, consistent with the patients age, gender and cultural specific needs.- Assess, supervise and maintain the safety, integrity and therapeutic nature of the milieu.- Complete documentation and assignments within established time frames.(The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
