Lawn Care Technician

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Lawn Care Technician to join our team servicing residential and commercial clients throughout the Boston, North Shore, South Shore, Metro West areas.

Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides in compliance with Massachusetts state regulations
• Diagnose lawn issues including weeds, pests, disease, and nutrient deficiencies
• Conduct pre- and post-service property inspections and maintain accurate service records
• Calibrate and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and application tools
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain services and treatment plans
• Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and properly maintained
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License is required — applicants must hold a current license prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year of experience in lawn care, turf management, or a related field
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
