Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the front line of support for members, & providers. You’ll play a vital role in delivering a positive customer experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate information is provided in a fast-paced call center environment.

Schedule & Availability

• Operating Hours: Monday–Sunday, 8-hour shift between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within these hours
• This is a fully on-site role
• Shift bids occur Quarterly, must have open availability

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status
• Handle 50–100 calls per day in a fast-paced call center setting
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and confidence
• Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
• Stay current on company policies, procedures, and product updates
