The Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and to drive advertising revenue. Ads Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) sits at the center of how we plan, measure, and operate that business.
Role Summary
As an Associate on the BP&O team, you will help translate business strategy into actionable plans, metrics, and processes that improve how quickly and effectively the Ads organization executes. You will work across regions and functions to support the organization’s growth and operational effectiveness, providing leaders with the structure and insights needed for faster, better-informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.

About You
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $155,000.00 – $240,000.00.
