Full Job Description
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in routing or dispatching (event rental industry experience preferred).
- Candidates with dispatching experience outside of the industry will be considered if they demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
- Must be flexible with scheduling; this is a fast-paced environment that requires availability for weekends and extended hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Furnishings Supervisor in coordinating and dispatching crews efficiently each morning.
- Ensure drivers and crew leads have all necessary job details prior to departure, including timing, diagrams, and any critical notes from the Sales team.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with general day-to-day functions within the department as needed.
- Support warehouse operations, including prepping and pulling orders, as well as loading and unloading daily deliveries.
- Provide cross-departmental support when required to meet operational demands.

- This is a full-time position with a clear path to grow into a key leadership role as the second-in-command within the Furnishings Department.
Compensation
- Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: $20.00 – $32.00 per hour
