What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate slitting equipment, including loading master rolls and preparing finished product runs
• Monitor and maintain efficient machine performance to ensure top-quality output
• Package, label, and prepare finished and semi-finished goods for shipment
• Identify and manage material defects to maintain quality standards
• Collect and verify production data to support operational excellence
• Assist teammates and contribute to a strong, team-oriented environment
• Handle waste materials responsibly, including preparing bales of cull waste

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating rewinders and/or slitters in paper, printing, or similar manufacturing environments
• Ability to work a 12-hour swing shift schedule in a 24/7 operation (including on-call support)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience is a plus
