Full-Time | $59,000 – $62,400/year
Roscoe Nursing & Rehab, part of the Living Legends Health family, is seeking a Director of Dietary Services to lead our team and elevate the dining experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dietary operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with NYSDOH/CMS and food safety standards
- Manage menus, food quality, and resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with clinical teams on nutrition and care plans
Qualifications
- Dietary/food service management experience (healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of LTC regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- CDM preferred
