Position Overview:
Responsible for the company’s overall operational framework and daily management, ensuring the efficient functioning of all business segments, and driving the implementation of corporate strategy as well as performance growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute corporate operational strategies
Oversee daily business operations (production, supply chain, sales support, etc.)
Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and execution capabilities
Monitor key performance indicators (costs, efficiency, profitability)
Coordinate across various departments (Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance)
Drive the implementation of corporate strategies across all departments
Manage the operations team and department heads
Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement within the operational framework
Job Requirements:
20+ years of experience in operations or management
Possess strong execution and implementation capabilities
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Familiarity with corporate operational processes
- Proven experience in team management
