🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver features and improvements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems
- Assist in designing scalable and maintainable system architectures

✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years experience, internships or projects included)
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#)
- Understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, or web development is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
