Lead Installer Full Time NEW

We’re a licensed NM general contractor in year 3, based in Corrales with an office in Rio Rancho. We run residential remodels and light commercial work — kitchens, baths, additions, porch conversions, whole-home remodels, and tenant improvements. Project sizes range from $5K to $150K+.Small team. Reports to our Field Superintendent. This is a leadership role, not a laborer role. You read a scope, understand drawings, hold subs accountable, and own quality from start to finish.Compensation

• Starting at $23/hour with raise opportunities at 90 days and 6 months based on performance
• Project completion bonuses up to $3,500 per project for finishing on-time and clean

Realistic earnings: $55K–$60K steady, $60K–$68K strong, $75K+ top performerScheduleMonday through Thursday, 4×10 (Fridays off). Occasional Friday or Saturday when a job demands it.What you’ll do

• Run installs on jobs from small handyman-scale to full remodels
• Set cabinets, doors, trim, and hardware to finish-grade standards
• Tape, texture, and finish drywall to paint-ready quality
• Install tile, flooring, fixtures, and appliances per spec
• Handle small demo and prep work
• Document daily progress in CompanyCam, Jobber, or our project tracking software
• Quality-check sub work and call out issues in writing
• Close punch lists to 100% — ours and the homeowner’s
• Direct a helper when assigned

Highly desired skills — strong in any one of these gets our attention

• Proven bathroom remodel experience
• Proven kitchen remodel experience
• Framing
• Drywall (hang, tape, texture)

What you bring

• 5+ years in residential remodeling (not new-construction production)
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Ability to read plans and specs without hand-holding
• Your own basic hand and power tools (we cover specialty)
• Valid NM driver’s license, clean MVR, reliable transportation
• Smartphone and comfort using project tracking software like CompanyCam and Jobber
• Reliability — show up when you say you will, and communicate early when you can’t
• A hungry, coachable attitude

Bonus points for

• Tile setting experience
• Cabinet fabrication or custom millwork experience
• Flooring installation experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• References from GCs, not just homeowners
