Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Clinton, CT. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing sales targets, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience, and coordinating team activities to optimize store performance. Responsibilities include aligning the store with company standards, monitoring inventory and merchandising, supervising and training team members, and driving brand loyalty initiatives. The Store Manager will also analyze sales data, set goals, and develop strategies to ensure the store achieves business objectives.
