We are seeking a results-oriented Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team at our 7320 Statesville Rd Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate chosen for this position will play a key role in managing the daily supervision of the inventory cycle counting by controlling the flow of products and supplies by tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss.
What are the qualifications for this position?
· A high school diploma or GED.
· Two (2) years of warehouse experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to organize effectively.
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs. on a regular basis.
· Must be an effective team leader.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office such as: Outlook, Excel and Word.
· Prior experience using a Warehouse Management system.
· Must be able to perform basic math skills.
What will you do?
· Lead and coordinate the inventory cycle counting for shipments, orderly stacking of products and picking and staging of outbound shipments.
· Ensure that all documents relating to shipments and receipts are filled out completely and correctly by the carriers and warehouse staff.
· Ensure all inventory cycle counts are accurate and free of damage.
· Conducts operations in accordance with OSHA and MSDS standards
· Complete all necessary reports in a timely and accurate manner.
· Perform cycle counts as needed.
· Operate equipment in a safe manner and keep work area clean.
