3rd Shift Warehouse Lead Full Time

SavvyStaffing is looking for a dependable Warehouse Lead to coordinate
all 3rd shift operations in a Mansfield facility! Pay: $23.00/HR Hours:
Sun-Thu 9:00PM-5:30AM Reach Truck Experience Needed… You will work
closely with the warehouse manager and a team of associates to ensure
inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, on time, and handled
safely. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride
in a clean, efficient warehouse. What You’ll Do Oversee all 3rd shift
receiving, storage, and shipping operations to meet productivity and
service standards Ensure all Hills routes and trucks are picked,
checked, and loaded before their scheduled departure Verify inbound and
outbound shipments for accuracy and damage; report any quality variances
Manage warehouse paperwork flow between office and floor for accurate
labor reporting Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and
electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently Track and analyze daily and
weekly production metrics; assist with physical inventory and cycle
counts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; support
building security procedures Open and close the building in the absence
of the warehouse manager Assist in scheduling; assign work and coach
associates using clear communication and leadership Respond to customer
inquiries and handle order processing in a prompt, professional manner
What Were Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 years of
warehouse experience required Experienced in operating sit-down
forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks Strong
leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and direct a team
Comfortable with WMS systems and warehouse scanning processes Excellent
time management and work habits; able to prioritize and adapt in a
fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical
tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and crouching for extended
