What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to identify client’s needs and respond with superior service and resolution.
• Ability to understand client’s objectives + challenges and align our services to accomplish their goals via phone, email, and SMS communication.
• Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirming a deal.
• Utilize our in-house CRM System and work the pipeline of inbound clients.
• Track goals, metrics, and performance of the process and regularly provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in a phone-based customer service role or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – no fear of the phone.
• Commitment to a high standard of integrity and working in a team environment.
• When faced with new challenges, or tough conversations, failure simply isn’t an option.
• Desire to grow your career and tackle new challenges.
• Ability to succinctly explain products, answer questions, provide solutions, and negotiate the best deal to maximize profitability.
• A genuine interest/background in the real estate industry and excited to be part of something that’s going to change the real estate space.
• Self-motivated with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to use strategic selling skills.
• Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent.
• Excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
• Scheduling flexibility is required as some shifts require holidays, late evening, or weekend hours.

Working Conditions:

• Hours may vary as we are open from 9 am EST through 9 pm EST. Weekends are also possible as we are operating seven days a week. Position requires prolonged standing or sitting and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
