Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this position is to provide Technical Support & Resolution. Provide direct support to internal customers by diagnosing and resolving complex software, hardware, network, and peripheral issues. Assist with managing the installation and upgrade of internal hardware and software, including Operating System (OS) upgrades and IT-specific software. Additionally, assists with the deployment and upgrade of computer networks for major statewide initiatives (such as OHEP and Q-Less). Stay abreast of the latest technology to develop and implement creative and innovative solutions for the Department of Human Services Information Systems (DHSIS).
POSITION DUTIES
Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Two years and six months of experience, one year of experience planning, integrating and maintaining software and hardware for local or wide area computer networks and an additional eighteen months of experience converting data from project specifications by preparing program code using generally accepted computer programming languages or other developmental tools; planning, installing and maintaining data communications network lines and devices; or evaluating, implementing and maintaining computer hardware and software.

One year of experience receiving and resolving employees call on an IT Help Desk.
One year of experience with active directory.
One year of experience using Windows 11.
One year of experience using the Google Platform.
