Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Regional Director. The Senior Regional Director will oversee strategic operations and business development for designated regions, manage regional teams, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure regional sales and growth targets are met. The role also involves implementing company strategies, analyzing market trends, optimizing regional performance, and delivering thorough progress reports. Collaboration with leadership to ensure alignment with overall company goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with skills in team management and strategic planning
• Expertise in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in market analysis and performance optimization
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the wine industry or similar industries is a plus
• Ability to work independently and succeed in a remote environment while thriving in collaborative teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
