FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE Full Time NEW

We’re growing our team at Kimia Wellness and are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our clinic in West Los Angeles.

This role is the first point of connection for our patients, setting the tone for a calm, welcoming, and organized experience from the moment they walk in.

We are currently seeking a warm, friendly, detail-oriented, and efficient office manager/ front desk position with great communication skills and the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in providing the best customer service possible.

This person would be responsible for making phone calls and sending emails to patients. The goal is to help the practice provide the best care to patients. We need someone with initiative, responsible, organized and who is great at following instructions and follow through.

We are a Wellness Company bringing in-depth clinical experience to help our patients achieve excellent results. We offer: Acupuncture, Cupping, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Electroacupuncture, Massage, Physical Therapy, Nutritional Health Coaching, and Personal Training. We accept insurance. The candidate will schedule the different modalities to bring the best optimal health to our patients.

Requirements

• Easily motivated and self-directed worker
• Must be efficient with computers (PC) & typing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and phone presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be passionate about health and wellness, acupuncture, and support the company’s goals

Job Activities

• Admin day-to-day tasks
• Maintain emails
• Make phone calls, follow up with patients, schedule appointments
• Maintain electronic and physical filing
• Hebrew & Farsi are a plus but not required
