Nishiyamato Inc. is a private educational institution founded in 1992.
NISHIYAMATO INC., doing business as Nishiyamato Academy of California, is a private primary and secondary school accredited by the Japanese government and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), serving approximately 1,000 students.

Nishiyamato Academy of Texas was established this year and is expected to grow steadily. It currently offers both a preschool division and an evening supplemental education program.

• Supports of teachers
• Public Relations & External Affairs
• Media Content Creation
• Database Management
• Transfer/Admission Procedures
• Communication with Parents/Guardians
• Telephone Reception & Visitor Assistance
• Email Management
• Website Management and Updates
• USPS Mail Handling
• First Aid and Emergency Response (Injuries, etc.)
• Purchasing of Supplies, and Educational Materials
• Facility Maintenance and Beautification
• Planning and Execution of Open Campus and School Events
• Supervision of Waiting Areas and Classes
• Other Related Duties

Requirements:

Must speak, listen, read, and write in native (or advanced) Japanese language.

AA degree is required.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time position. Training, Observing, Meeting, and admin work will be paid $19/hour.

Day and Time:

Mon: 8:15am-6:30pm

Tue: 2pm-6:30pm

Wed: off

Thu: 2pm-6:30pm

Fri: 8:15am-6:30pm

(we would like to discuss work hours for Mondays and Fridays)

School Off days—

Winter Dec 18 – Jan 8

Spring March 18 – Apr 8

Summer July 17 – Aug 20

during those off days, work hours will be reduced.
