Dual Position Associate Full Time

Responsibilities/Requirements

• Perform various job duties acting in several roles office associate, personal assistant associate and field associate.
• Must be able to work any shift 24/7/365 which includes holidays. Plus, work overtime as needed.
• Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Ability to drive to various locations in WA and travel at times in and out of state.
• Good driving record.
• Pass pre-employment screening.
• Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for front desk interactions and customer support
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment such as printers and fax machines
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications are a plus
• Cleaning office and company vehicles.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by senior management.
