What You’ll Do
Operate bar turning equipment in a steel manufacturing environment
Maintain consistent production and quality standards
Communicate equipment issues or errors to supervisors
Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Reliable manufacturing experience (steel plant or foundry experience is a plus)
Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter)
Flexibility to work any of the listed shifts
Strong work ethic and commitment to showing up and doing the job
Steel toe boots required
Must pass a background check and drug screen
