Super Duper is seeking a Digital Game Developer to assist us in building fun, interactive, digital games
for our Super Duper Digital Library (www.superduperlibrary.com).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Translate design ideas, concepts, and requirements into functional and engaging games
- Build digital games using C#/Unity, Blender, and other related software
- Create assets using 3D modeling and rigging
- Communicate with team members to integrate other media assets
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Adhere to pre-planned project timelines
- Maintain knowledge of current technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development
- Participate in peer code reviews
Requirements:
· Full time ON-SITE presence in Greenville, SC. (NO REMOTE WORK applicants will be considered! You must be willing to relocate.)
· BS in Computer Science or similar field is preferred, but not required. Relative working experience and skills will be considered.
· 2+ years of Unity experience
· 2+ years experience in 3D modeling and rigging
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to create a basic digital game from concept to completion in a relatively short timeframe
Software Knowledge:
C#/Unity, Blender, Adobe CC (experience with Unreal is a bonus)
