About the Role
Uniq Strategies is hiring an Enrollment Assistant to support AT&T wireless campaigns across Austin. As an Enrollment Assistant, your role is to work directly with customers, explain service options, and guide them through the full enrollment process, from first conversation to completed sales.
What you’ll be doing as an Enrollment Assistant:
- Speaking directly with customers in-person to introduce AT&T wireless services
- Walk through plans, pricing, and features in a clear, simple way
- Guide customers through enrollments, upgrades, and account setups
- Answer questions and handle objections during the sales process
- Negotiate and finalize sales based on customer needs and available options
- Complete enrollment paperwork and ensure accuracy from start to finish
- Contribute to daily sales goals alongside other Enrollment Assistant team members

What we’re looking for in an Enrollment Assistant:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and teammates alike
- Strong interest in customer service, sales, and wireless technology
- Desire to meet or exceed company and client goals
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: $950.00 – $1,300.00 per week
