Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Outbound Center of Excellence is a high-impact, member-facing role that blends business development, sales, service, and care coordination. This role is responsible for proactive outbound engagement, driving awareness, interest, and enrollment in nutrition and wellness programs.
This is not a traditional customer service role this position functions similarly to a Business Development Representative (BDR), requiring a consultative, metrics-driven, and conversion-focused mindset. CSRs are responsible for generating interest, qualifying member needs, and moving individuals through the engagement funnel from initial outreach to program enrollment.
Using a case management approach, CSRs assess members holistically by understanding their social, nutritional, and health-related needs. Through structured outreach and meaningful conversations, this role identifies barriers, qualifies opportunities, and connects members with the most appropriate services, including meal programs, Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), and other available resources.
