Job Summary
Davis Nissan is looking for Auto Parts Counter Professional. You will serve as the vital link with our mechanics in the shop and our extensive inventory of auto part
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct auto parts and accessories to meet their vehicle needs, utilizing automotive diagnostics and repair knowledge
- Process sales transactions efficiently through cashiering functions, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance while providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the service team to support vehicle maintenance and automotive repair activities by fulfilling order requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized counter area, stock shelves appropriately, and ensure all parts are properly labeled for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone etiquette, providing product information, order updates, and technical advice as needed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of parts in a automotive dealership. automotive repair, and automotive service procedures.
- Proficiency with inventory management tools such as CMMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and retail math for accurate stock control and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with dealership experience or retail sales environments is preferred to understand industry standards.
