About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a proven Sales Director or Regional VP who has consistently delivered strong results, particularly within startup or small company environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the sales function
- Drive revenue and quota attainment
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Own pipeline development and deal execution
- Personally contribute to closing key deals when needed
- Establish effective sales processes and structure
- Monitor and improve sales performance metrics
Required Experience
- Background as a Sales Director, Regional VP, or similar leadership role
- Proven success in startup or small company environments
- Strong track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience building and managing sales teams
- Hands-on experience closing complex deals

Compensation:
- Base: $250,000 – $300,000
- Commission: Up to $300,000
- OTE: $550,000 – $600,000
