This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast growing, female founder lead company. SOKOI designs and builds natural fiber based, low impact garments for all types of yoga and body movement. We welcome humans (and our furry friends) of all sizes, shapes, colors, and beliefs to participate in this journey. All garments are made in Los Angeles.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW -This individual is responsible for communicating with our customers to build connections and provide outstanding support through the order, return and exchange process. They will ensure Sokoi maintains accurate inventory tracking between manufacturing, receiving, outbound shipments and returns.
FULFILLMENT -Daily packing and shipping of ecom orders. Receiving and restocking returned orders.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – Following up on customer questions related to orders and product questions in our general email account.
SHOPIFY STORE -Develop strategies for accurate tracking of products between spreadsheets and our Shopify store.
PACKAGING MATERIALS – Track and order shipping packaging as needed throughout the season. This includes boxes, envelopes, tapes and labels.
PRODUCT INVENTORY – Manage seasonal inventory counts to confirm stock on hand.
* Our office is in Lincoln Heights. Transportation is required and the individual must be in office 5 days a week as we are a collaborative environment and orders must to shipped daily to deliver best in class customer experience.
