Full Job Description

Job Description:
The HHR Attendant consistently provides prompt, considerate and courteous guest service to patrons on the casino floor.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Actively roams gaming area and explains game functionality and gaming regulations, as needed to guests.
  • Accurately processes all gaming machine jackpot payouts.
  • Examines and signs jackpot tickets and prepares other documents as needed.
  • Verifies and pays jackpot amounts to customers.
  • Assists with necessary information on ticket issues.
  • Loads voucher paper/HHR tickets into machines as needed.
  • Records any issues with gaming machines on tech log.
  • Carries out light preventive maintenance.
  • Carries out minor maintenance on slot machines as required, such as, clearing bill validators and printer jams.
  • Cleans gaming machines and helps keep casino clean.
  • Provides exceptional customer service.
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment throughout the shift.
  • Assists as needed in support of casino operations.
  • Assists with necessary information on ticket issues.
  • Must pass a criminal background check to be licensed through NH Lottery.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
