Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Growth Specialist to drive strategic initiatives and scale business growth. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, creating metrics-driven strategies, and executing growth experiments. The Growth Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to optimize user acquisition and retention. Responsibilities also include analyzing data, identifying trends, and building effective processes and campaigns to strengthen Splyc’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams, presenting strategies, and engaging with stakeholders
• Experience in Growth Hacking and Sales, with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue generation
• Project Management skills, with proficiency in planning, execution, and managing multiple tasks effectively
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest growth strategies and industry trends
• Self-starter mindset and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI or livestream technology is a plus
