Fashion Retail Sales Associate Full Time NEW

This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Retail Stylist / Sales Associate at Simonett, based in Miami for our new store in Little River.

Simonett is a Miami-based womenswear label and multi-brand concept store. We operate as a curated platform for discovery, introducing clients to a considered mix of emerging and established designers. The in-store experience is a key extension of this positioning, requiring a balance of styling expertise, product knowledge, and sales performance.

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a high-touch, consultative client experience. This includes guiding clients through product discovery, communicating the design perspective behind each brand, and translating that into personalized styling recommendations. The role requires the ability to educate clients on fit, fabrication, and styling versatility, while maintaining a natural and non-transactional approach to selling.

You will be expected to build and maintain client relationships over time, developing a repeat customer base through consistent follow-up, product awareness, and trust.

From a commercial standpoint, the role is accountable for meeting individual and store-level sales targets, increasing average order value, and contributing to overall store performance through strong product storytelling and cross-selling.

Operational responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product knowledge across all brands and categories
• Executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines
• Supporting inventory management, including restocking, stock organization, and cycle awareness
• Assisting with order fulfillment (in-store and online), ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Participating in store opening/closing procedures and daily operational workflows

The role also contributes to maintaining the overall store environment and brand presentation, ensuring the space is consistently aligned with Simonett’s visual and experiential standards.

Occasional support in content capture or styling for digital use may be required.
