Drop Ship Coordinater for Small Family Business Full Time NEW

Job Overview
We are seeking an upbeat and detail-oriented Drop Ship Coordinator to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our drop shipping operations by managing all aspects of our drop ship orders, including order status, uploading tracking information, and managing inventory updates.

As a Drop Ship Coordinator, you will manage order processing, monitor shipments, and troubleshoot any issues that arise, all while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly within the order management system
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely arrival and resolving delays or issues proactively
• Communicate effectively with logistics partners to coordinate pickup and delivery details
• Monitor inventory levels and update inventory and order statuses on vendor portals
• Resolve discrepancies or problems related to orders, shipments, or product returns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, communications, and shipment documentation for audit purposes
• General office duties including filing, customer service, responding to emails in a professional and curteous manner, anwering phones.
• Excellent customer service skills is a must
• Attention to detail is a requirement for this position
• Ability to work well with others

Experience

• Excellent customer skills required
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors, carriers, and customers
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work standards
• Proficiency with Quickbooks is a plus
• Familiarity with EDI systems is a plus
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
