About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. In this role, you will analyze transportation data, monitor inventory flow, and help improve delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies
• Monitor transportation, shipping, and delivery performance metrics
• Support inventory planning, forecasting, and demand analysis
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Develop reports and dashboards on logistics KPIs (cost, delivery time, accuracy)
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
• Assist in process improvement and logistics optimization initiatives
• Support troubleshooting of shipment delays or supply chain disruptions
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Experience with ERP or logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of forecasting or demand planning
• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail supply chains
• Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS/ASCM CSCP)
