Role Description

The Finance & Compliance Manager at At Home Solutions will oversee financial management and ensure new hire and continuous compliance of home attendants. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, billing, and auditing processes to maintain financial transparency. The Manager will also oversee compliance programs, conduct internal audits, and implement new policies to align with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with the operations team to promote best practices and efficiencies is a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time on-site position located in Queens, NY.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll operations
• Expertise in compliance, auditing, and a thorough understanding of industry regulations relevant to home care agencies
• Proficiency with accounting software and general financial systems
• High-level expertise with AI software is a must.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in healthcare or home care services is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• CFA, CPA, or a similar financial certification is a plus
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and process improvement
