Business Contact (BC) – FedEx Ground Contractor

We are a growing FedEx Ground contractor in the West Palm Beach area seeking a Business Contact (BC) to lead daily operations and oversee a team of delivery drivers.

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job. You will be responsible for ensuring routes run efficiently, drivers perform at a high level, and service meets FedEx standards every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dispatch and route execution
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of delivery drivers
• Ensure all routes meet service, safety, and performance standards
• Handle real-time issues such as callouts, vehicle problems, and volume changes
• Monitor key metrics including service levels, productivity, and scan compliance
• Conduct ride-alongs, training, and performance evaluations
• Maintain communication with FedEx terminal management
• Enforce company policies and FedEx safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
• Logistics, delivery, or transportation experience strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be reliable, accountable, and results-driven

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• FedEx Ground / ISP experience is a plus

• Early mornings and full operational days
• Fast-paced, high-responsibility role
• Combination of field work and terminal presence
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and around delivery operations
