Now Hiring Mortgage Loan Officers

You will guide Borrowers through the mortgage milestones at every step of the purchase and refinance process. You will provide initial consultations to identify the Borrowers’ needs and criteria for their new or existing home. You will implement a sound financial plan through mortgages and act as your Borrowers advocate and adviser through the day of closing.

If you have a State Mortgage Originator License, then you have found a great opportunity to earn an unlimited income with a fantastic company. We are a Mortgage Broker licensed in 11 states and growing. We have an incredible compensation plan and several Investors. You can make from 150-275 bps per file for residential loans, up to 6% plus for commercial lending, and up to 8% on reverse lending. We are hiring people-oriented individuals with outstanding positive attitudes which are dedicated to their craft and have a track record of success.

You must be eager to embrace our systems, tools, and mentorship that our team offers. You must be independent and able to produce at least one mortgage loan per month. You can work from a home office or if you have experience and would like to become a Branch Manager, we have opportunities available for the right candidates.

If you are new to the Mortgage Industry, and would like to learn this business, we have a step-by-step training program. Our goal is to offer you a hands-on approach so you can learn this business and we can develop you into a Branch Manager.

Qualifications:

• Must have a State Mortgage License through the NMLS
• You must be licensed in one of the following states AL, CO, DC, FL, GA, MI, MD, NC, OH, SC, TX, VA, WA.
• 1 Plus Years of Mortgage Experience
• Hard working
• Optimistic with a positive attitude
• Be a team player and accountable
• Excellent interpersonal skills

UNLICENSED :

If you do not have a mortgage license and are interested in becoming licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator, we do offer a 5-week training program which includes the following.

• Orientation (Virtual)
• Review program requirements
• Register to take Secure and Fair Enforcement of Mortgage Loan Originators (SAFE MLO) exam.
• WEEKS 1-2: Building the Foundation (Virtual)
• NMLS-approved webinars, small group discussions (live course only) and tutoring, all counting towards 20 required credit hours
• WEEKS 3-4: Study and Take the Test (Virtual)
• Take practice tests and review materials from Weeks 1–2
• Take the proctor-supervised SAFE MLO test in-person during scheduled time
• WEEK 5: On-Site Skills Development (In-Person)
• 3-day, Success Track training at UWM headquarters in Pontiac, Michigan, including role-playing, mock phone calls and networking with loan originators from across the country.

There is a fee for this program as space is limited for participants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,079.00 – $224,000.00 per year
