Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Parts Sales Manager role located in Santa Clarita, CA. The Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving business goals related to parts sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting customers, overseeing store operations, driving sales initiatives, and collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in sales and spare parts, with the ability to meet sales targets and effectively manage inventory.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide store staff toward achieving shared objectives.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and services is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or automotive-related fields is a plus.
