About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Software Engineer specializing in Frontend development to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. This role is instrumental in building and enhancing our flagship digital web presence, providing an engaging and intuitive experience for our users. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, particularly in React and Next.js, and have a solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and AI-driven tools. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also scalable, performant, and secure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, backend engineers, and outsourcing partners—is essential to delivering high-quality features that empower homebuyers to find their perfect homes seamlessly. This role offers an opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our digital platform, all while working in a supportive and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on front-end development
• Proven expertise building scalable applications using Next.js, including API and GraphQL routing
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Headless CMS platforms and Digital Asset Management systems
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to ownership and continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications focusing on engaging front-end interfaces
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Build scalable front-end components using React and Next.js, integrating with back-end services via RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Participate in technical design reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality
• Identify and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, and security issues
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster team growth
• Lead initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements
