Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Product Development. The role involves leading the product development team, formulating innovative product strategies, and overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to market launch. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with the brand’s minimalist and intentional aesthetic, managing product development projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver commercially successful jewelry collections. The ideal candidate will bring a unique product vision, guide trend-setting collections through production, and uphold the company’s standards of quality, innovation, and market fit.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Product Strategy and Product Lifecycle Management to conceptualize and execute innovative product roadmaps.
• Experience in Product Development and Supply Chain Management to create beautiful, functional, and commercially viable jewelry pieces.
• Demonstrated ability in Product Management to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results on budget.
• Proven skills in developing and executing cohesive product strategies that align with brand aesthetics, market trends, and business goals.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working across design, production, sales, and marketing teams.
• Deep knowledge of jewelry materials, manufacturing techniques, quality control, and global supply chain dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a senior product development role within the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods industry is a strong advantage.
