Role: Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution

for high-impact product areas at Joveo. You will own complex,

multi-team initiatives end-to-end — setting direction, navigating

ambiguity, and shipping products that move meaningful metrics for the

world’s largest employers.

Key Responsibilities:

– Define multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for a significant product area

– Lead cross-functional teams through complex, high-stakes product initiatives

– Drive alignment across engineering, design, data, sales, and executive stakeholders

– Own product metrics — set targets, measure results, and drive continuous improvement

– Mentor and elevate junior PMs through active coaching and feedback

– Conduct market analysis and translate competitive and customer insights into strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Significant product management experience with a track record of shipped, impactful products

– Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end

– Strong strategic thinking — ability to zoom out on vision while managing execution detail

– Deep comfort with data analysis, experimentation, and quantitative decision-making

– Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, HR tech, or marketplace products preferred

– Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills
