Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000
• Weekly Performance Bonus (tiered structure)
• Total Compensation: $95,000–$130,000+

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and pain management conditions
• Develop and progress individualized treatment plans
• Efficiently manage a full caseload with support staff
• Supervise and delegate to PTAs when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
