- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with internal teams promptly

- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to handle patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet daily and weekly data entry targets
- Experience with data entry and database management
- Availability for onboarding training and ongoing coaching sessions

- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role within the healthcare industry
