Dental Treatment Coordinator – Make an Impact on Health & Wellness

In this role, you’re not just presenting treatment and scheduling, you’re helping patients connect the dots between their oral health and their overall well-being, empowering them to take ownership of their health with confidence and clarity.

What You’ll Do

• Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and purpose
• Educate patients on the oral-systemic link and why their treatment matters for overall health
• Help patients navigate insurance and financial options with ease and transparency
• Create a smooth, supportive experience from consultation to completion
• Follow up with patients and encourage them on their health journey
• Collaborate with a team that values wellness, communication, and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Dental experience (Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinating or Front Desk preferred- we will train the right cultural fit).
• Compassion for humans (and animals of course)
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build trust
• Organized, high follow through, and solutions-driven
• Confidence discussing finances in a supportive, patient-first way
• A growth mindset and desire to be part of something meaningful
