Remote Sales Rep – Commission-Based Full Time

Role Summary

We build websites that make contractor phones ring. HVAC guys, plumbers, roofers, electricians – businesses where one missed call is a $500-$5,000 loss. Our clients’ livelihoods depend on what we deliver.

We need someone who feels that weight and wants it anyway. Not someone who “wants to try sales.” Someone who wakes up thinking about how to get the next contractor on the phone because they genuinely believe they can change that person’s business.

You find contractors with bad websites. You start a real conversation on Facebook or via email. You build the relationship. You close the deal. We handle everything after that.

What you’ll do

We post in 500+ Facebook groups every week. Those posts generate engagement – likes, comments, questions from real contractors. Your job is to work those leads.

• Respond to engagement on our Facebook posts – personal profiles get a DM, business pages get researched for contact info
• Qualify every lead before reaching out – is this a real business owner? Do they have a team? Is their website actually bad?
• Send personalized DMs and emails – not templates. Look at their site. Tell them what’s broken. Be helpful first.
• Build relationships over days or weeks. Follow up without being annoying. Know when to push and when to wait.
• Close deals on Facebook Messenger, email, or short calls

Schedule

Compensation

• $100 upfront for every closed deal
• 10% of that client’s monthly retainer for as long as they stay – not just the first month, every month
• No cap on earnings
• 1099 independent contractor
• Equity conversation for consistent top performers

Example: Close 20 Growth clients at $199/mo. That’s $2,000 in upfront commissions + $4,776/yr in passive retainer income as long as they stay. Close 50 and you’re at $5,000 upfront + $11,940/yr recurring. That retainer income compounds every month you keep closing.
