Fulfillment Specialist Full Time

Fierce Forward is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our on-site team in North Scottsdale.

In this role, you are the final protector of the customer experience. You are the person who ensures every order is accurate, beautiful, and delivered with care. You are the last hands on the package before it reaches someone who may truly need that message, that energy, that encouragement.

This is detail-driven work. It’s fast-paced at times. And it matters.

What You’ll do

Every day here has a rhythm, and you’ll own yours. Here’s what that looks like:

• Inspect, pack, and send customer orders with care and accuracy, every single time
• Quality check items before they ship so nothing leaves that doesn’t meet our standard
• Create shipments in our software and ensure orders go out correctly and on time
• Keep your packaging station organized, stocked, and ready
• Flag issues or missing items clearly so the team can move quickly
• Bring your eyes to the process & if you spot a smarter way to do something, we want to hear it
• Send every package the way you’d want to receive one

Qualifications

• You’re someone who naturally notices the details others miss
• You can follow a system consistently and take pride in doing so
• You stay focused and accurate even when the pace picks up
• Prior fulfillment or shipping experience is a bonus, but not required. We’ll train the right person

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm) at our North Scottsdale location near Pima and the 101. Please confirm you can reliably commute and work this schedule. If you cannot work this schedule please do not continue with your application.
