Lending Manager Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lending Manager to lead our loan origination and processing operations within our financial services division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end loan lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and contractual standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the loan origination process by assessing borrower needs, reviewing applications, and recommending suitable loan products.
• Oversee loan processing activities, including document verification, data entry, and compliance checks with TILA and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with loan officers to evaluate creditworthiness using basic math skills and financial software tools.
• Ensure all contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, and executed in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
• Maintain meticulous records of all loan transactions, including 10 key typing entries for data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Monitor the entire loan lifecycle from application to funding, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements.
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members on loan procedures, software systems, and regulatory updates.

Experience

• Proven experience in loan origination within the financial services industry or related fields.
• Strong background in loan processing, including familiarity with contracts, TILA regulations, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize financial software platforms efficiently for data management and reporting.
• Excellent math skills with proficiency in basic calculations essential for assessing borrower qualifications.
• Prior experience as a loan officer or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately at a fast pace to ensure precise data entry.
