MRO/Cycle Count Attendant Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MRO/Cycle Count Attendant to join our dynamic supply chain and warehouse management team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through meticulous cycle counting and materials handling, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will support inventory control, procurement processes, and overall warehouse distribution activities, contributing to seamless supply chain operations. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies and other inventory items to ensure accuracy within warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400.
• Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to reconcile discrepancies identified during counts, facilitating root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Assist in inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, materials handling, and order fulfillment to support production planning and demand forecasting.
• Utilize data mining tools like Power BI or Tableau to analyze inventory trends, stock levels, and supply chain analytics for continuous process optimization.
• Support logistics activities such as shipping & receiving, materials movement, and 3PL coordination to streamline warehouse distribution workflows.
• Maintain detailed records of cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and audit reports to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols during materials handling tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations with a focus on inventory control, materials management, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like SAP or AS400, and demand planning software such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods; adherence to safety standards is mandatory.
