What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Generate and monitor all work orders within the maintenance software database (MAXIMO)
• Create and update preventative maintenance and job plan data, including Hazardous Equipment PMS
• Support work order processes, including configuration change requests and permits for various projects
• Train personnel in work order processes and assist with emergency work order processes as needed
• Maintain communication with management regarding maintenance activities and personnel matters

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong customer service skills and follow-through

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience utilizing maintenance planning and control software
• Prior program experience related to maintenance or facilities management
• Willingness to deploy to Antarctica for extended periods
• Successful completion of required medical and dental examinations for deployment
• Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States
