In this role, the Wireless Customer Associate will work directly with customers to provide personalized wireless solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Customer Associate

• Engage directly with customers in residential neighborhoods to promote AT&T wireless services.
• Educate customers on available wireless plans, and service features in a clear and relatable way.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and solution-oriented conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T products and services that best fit their lifestyle.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with account support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in daily meetings, training sessions, and performance discussions.
• Stay informed on current promotions, service updates, and neighborhood sales opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications of the Wireless Customer Associate

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other people-focused roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently speak with customers face-to-face.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated mindset, and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently throughout assigned residential territories.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to representing AT&T and Performance Strategy Collective with integrity.
