Position Overview
We are hiring a motivated Window & Door Installer to join our growing team as a W2 employee on a competitive piece-rate pay structure. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who wants their earnings to directly reflect their productivity and quality of work. No hourly caps—experienced installers can earn well above industry averages with the stability of full-time W2 employment (payroll taxes handled, consistent local work in a growing market).

What You’ll Do

• Safely remove existing windows and doors from residential homes
• Prepare openings and precisely install new high-performance windows, entry doors, sliding doors, and impact-rated products
• Complete all interior/exterior trim, caulking, sealing, and finishing work to manufacturer and code specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, including proper debris disposal
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the install
• Work collaboratively with our small, tight-knit team of professionals

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in window and/or door installation (residential replacement preferred)
• Must have your own complete set of professional tools for window and door installation
• Familiarity with common window/door systems, impact products, and basic construction practices
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work on ladders/scaffolding, and perform in Florida’s weather
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and commitment to doing the job right the first time
• Professional attitude, positive team-player mindset, and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check
