Overview
Expert Glass Company is family owned and operated in Pittsburgh since 1976. This is our 50th Year in business. Expert Glass offers a full time work experience all year around. We are always busy. This is not a corporation. You will be working direct with the owners of the business.
Our two main divisions of our business:
#1) Window Repair – Do Not Replace your windows. Repair your existing windows and get them working like new. We replace fogged and broken glass in existing window frames. We also can replace broken window parts and get windows to open, close, and lock properly. These jobs are for both residential and commercial properties.
#2) Glass Storefront & Aluminum Entrance Doors – Expert Glass specializes in installing Glass Storefronts and Aluminum Glass Entrance Doors in New Construction Projects and in Older Building where we are ripping out old doors and installing new doors.
Expert Glass Pay Scale will be based on your experience.
– The highest paid candidate will have a back ground in Aluminum Storefront Framing, Aluminum Entrance Door Installation, Glass Storefronts, and Commercial Glazing. Five Plus years experience in installing glass, doors, and glazing.
– The second tier pay will go to candidates with Replacement Window Experience. We have found that candidates that are comfortable replacing windows will be easy to train and be able to help out instantly with both of our divisions.
– The third tier will be anyone with carpentry skills that does not have much experience with windows or glass. Our work is clean and easy compared to other trades. We can train you and building you up quick.
Pay: $22.00 – $38.00 per hour
